Gelonghui November 20 | Xinming Life Technology (00474.HK) announced that according to the preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited comprehensive management accounts for the six months ended September 30, 2023 and the current information available to the Board of Directors, the Group is expected to record a loss of approximately HK$250 million during the reporting period, while a loss of about HK$4 million was recorded in the same period in 2022. The increase in the Group's financial performance losses was mainly due to (i) an increase in financial asset losses measured at fair value and changes included in profit and loss, and (ii) an increase in the fair value loss of investment properties.
