The group obtained revenue of HK$42.1826 million, an increase of 111.5% over the previous year; loss attributable to company owners was HK$697.15,800, up 120.3% year on year; loss per share was HK$1.715 cents.
In the review period, guest room revenue was approximately HK$35.1 million (2022: approximately HK$13.4 million), accounting for about 83.2% of the Group's total hotel operating revenue (2022: about 67.0%). Room revenue mainly refers to hotel accommodation revenue in Singapore, accounting for about 98.4% of total room revenue for the period under review (2022: about 89.4%), and partly depending on the average room rate and occupancy rate collected.
