(referred to as "Mita Box") plans to raise funds, and Mita Box plans to sign a "capital increase agreement" with the second phase of the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Investment Fund. The advanced manufacturing fund will increase the capital to Mita Box by 50 million yuan. This financing will be conducive to the future operation and development of Mita Box, and promote the enterprise's technological innovation and new product research and development capabilities. Considering the strategic layout and related factors of the company, the company intends to give up the priority right to increase capital this time. Other former shareholders of Mita Box, Beijing Rail Transit Technology and equipment Group Co., Ltd., and Beijing Ji Xing Huizhi Science and Technology Center also give up the priority right to increase capital in the corresponding proportion of this Mita box. After the completion of this transaction, the registered capital of Mita Box will be increased from RMB 100 million to RMB 118.518519 million, in which CTC's shareholding in Mita Box will be diluted from 47.5% to 40.078%.
