Gelonghui October 23Worldwide Holdings (08003.HK) announced that the prerequisites set out in the subscription agreement had been met and the completion of the issuance of convertible notes had been implemented on 23 October 2023. Convertible notes with a cumulative amount of HK $1997960 have been issued to subscribers D, E, F and G in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription Agreement. Based on the calculation of the initial conversion price of HK $1 per conversion share, the convertible notes are convertible into 1997960 conversion shares, and 0.6 per cent of the issued share capital of the company has been expanded by the issuance of conversion shares.
After deducting professional fees and expenses, the net proceeds from the issue of convertible notes are about HK $1997960.
