Shenzhen's business scope may include, but not limited to, forestry development, agricultural trade wholesale, warehousing, logistics and investment.
The Board believes that the new business will diversify the Group's business scope and facilitate the overall layout of the Group, thereby effectively promoting the Group's business development in China and seizing good market opportunities.
In addition, the Board believes that the new business will expand the Group's revenue sources and bring positive returns to the Group in the long run. Therefore, the board of directors is of the view that investment in the SPV is in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
