是2017年以14美元上市的美國公司，當前價格11.75，上市以來股價下跌了19%。最近一年股價漲幅36.5%，是板塊內少有的上升股。
營收5年來呈快速下降趨勢，2021年營收僅爲2017年的25%，營業利潤也從2017年的3.97億下降到了不足7千萬，有意思的是淨利潤卻連漲兩年後在2020年暴跌至虧損，2021年又有2億淨利，和營業利潤大幅背離。
利潤表顯示利息負擔5年來從3.4億下降到了4200萬，再加上特殊收入項嚴重干擾，所得稅費用還是補貼波動也很大，利潤很難預測，不過總體上業務規模是嚴重收縮的趨勢。
資產負債率5年來下降很多，公司在降槓桿的過程，從利息費用的大幅降低也可以看出來。
5年來經營淨額不斷下降，2021年進入淨流出區間，有意思的是投資淨額從2018年就開始淨流入，主要來自業務交易的淨現金流，而融資淨額則是不斷擴大流出，看起來就是一個努力通過變賣業務來降低負債的公司的外在表現。
與此同時，公司淨資產收益率在2020年之前增加到了38.5，2020年虧損後，2021年恢復到11.3%。毛利率5年來從16.3%...

At $10 per share, that’s 60 million shares ti be bought back or roughly 1/3 of all shares and half of the float. This essentially is like a 2-1 reverse split of the float.
