Zhitong Financial and Economic APP News, Wall Nuclear Materials (002130.SZ) issued an announcement that the company intends to split its subsidiary company, Shanghai Kurt New Materials Co., Ltd., to be listed on the domestic market, authorizing the management of the company to start the preliminary planning work for the spin-off and listing, which is still in the early planning stage. After the management of the company has completed the preliminary preparatory work, the board of directors of the company shall also make a resolution on whether the spin-off of Shanghai Cote listing meets the requirements of laws, regulations and normative documents such as "certain provisions on domestic listing of listed companies' spin-off subsidiaries", and submit it to the general meeting of shareholders for approval.
