Aurion Grants Kinross 70% Interest in Finnish Property in Option Agreement

Canadian exploration company Aurion Resources Ltd. said Monday that it has signed an option agreement granting Kinross Gold Corp. a 70% interest in the company's Silaskaira property in Finland.
Under the terms of the agreement, Kinross will receive the undivided 70% interest in the property by incurring a minimum of $5 million in exploration expenditures as well as paying Aurion a sum of 100,000 Canadian dollars, around US$80,274.

Canadian exploration company Aurion Resources Ltd. said Monday that it has signed an option agreement granting Kinross Gold Corp. a 70% interest in the company's Silaskaira property in Finland.

Under the terms of the agreement, Kinross will receive the undivided 70% interest in the property by incurring a minimum of $5 million in exploration expenditures as well as paying Aurion a sum of 100,000 Canadian dollars, around US$80,274.
