Rentokil Initial Shares Look Fully Valued After Good 3Q -- Market Talk
1226 GMT - Rentokil Initial had a strong third quarter, but the shares look too high to buy any more at the moment, Peel Hunt says. The pest-control and hygiene-service group's results matched expectations, with revenue ex-disinfection services rising 14.5%, of which 6.7% was organic. "This was in line with our expectations, so there is no change to our estimates," Peel analysts say. "We increase our target price to 595p--from 573p--but with a current share price of 604p, we lower our recommendation from add to hold and wait for a better buying opportunity."
