0734 GMT Currently trading at 162.19, the French June OAT contract is under pressure, capped by its 50-period moving average on a 30-minute chart at 162.25. As long as 162.41 holds as a resistance, further weakness is expected toward Aug. 11 bottom at 162.00 and toward horizontal support at 161.87 in extension. A third target is set at July 29 low at 161.65. Alternatively, a rebound above 162.41 would trigger a rise toward horizontal resistance at 162.54 and even toward Aug. 10 top at 162.68 in extension.
