It is reported by the US Stock Research Agency that it entered August.Xinda GroupThe stock price curve rebounded. On August 6, the share price rose by more than 108%. As of press time, Xinda Group still maintained an upward trend, up more than 35%, with an offer of US $1.05.

In early July, CXDC received an email from the Nasdaq Stock Market, informing the company that it no longer meets the minimum price requirements set out in the Nasdaq listing rules. Nasdaq emails have no direct impact on the listing or trading of the company's common shares on the Nasdaq global market, which will continue to be traded on the Nasdaq global market under the code name "CXDC".

In order to restore compliance, the company's common shares must have a closing price of at least $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days. If the company fails to re-comply with the minimum bid requirements before the end of the compliance period, the company may transfer to the NASDAQ capital market under the Nasdaq listing rules, provided that it meets the applicable market capitalization requirements for publicly held shares that continue to be listed and all other criteria for the initial listing of its common shares on the NASDAQ capital market.

If the company fails to re-meet the minimum tender price requirements before the end of the compliance period (or a possible extension of the compliance period), the company's common shares will be delisted.

And this reversal, also some "caught off guard", will naturally make people think of the follow-up ending when it expires. As Xinda Group, which is hovering on the edge of the stock market, is struggling to enter the center, or is facing a hasty ending? we don't know. For others, it is a difficult choice to "quit as soon as you are ready" or "cheap and not lenient".
