Russian Ministry of Finance: Russian wealth funds cut their dollar holdings to zero. The foreign exchange required to withdraw US dollars from the National Wealth Fund has been completed.
As of July 1, the size of Russia's state wealth fund was $187.6 billion, accounting for 11.7 per cent of Russia's 2021 GDP expectations.
