HKEX: The morning session cancelled due to the Black Rainstorm Warning

Hong Kong Exchanges delays open on Monday morning due to black rainstorm. At 11:05 AM this morning, a Red Warning signal has been issued by the city's weather observatory afterward.
According to HK exchange rules, if the black rainstorm is canceled before midday Hong Kong's time, trading will resume in the afternoon at 1:30 PM.
由于黑色暴雨，香港交易所周一上午推迟开盘。今天上午11点05分，市气象台随后发布了红色预警信号。
