CTOS Appoints Loh Kok Leong As Interim GCEO Effective May 1

CTOS 任命羅國亮爲臨時首席執行官，生效日期爲5月1日

CTOS Digital has announced. Loh Kok Leong as Interim Group Chief Executive Officer effective 1 May 2025, as Mr. Hamburger will be on leave from 1 May 2025 until the conclusion of his employment on 30 September 2025.

CTOS Digital已經宣佈。Loh Kok Leong 自2025年5月1日起擔任集團臨時首席執行官，因爲漢堡先生將從2025年5月1日起休假，直到2025年9月30日結束工作。

Since joining the Group in 2021, Mr. Hamburger has contributed to CTOS Digital's growth and development. The Board has extended its appreciation for his leadershipover this period, and wish him continued success in his future endeavours.

自2021年加入集團以來，漢堡先生爲CTOS Digital的成長和發展做出了貢獻。董事會對他在這一時期的領導作用表示感謝，並祝願他在今後的工作中繼續取得成功。

Loh, who has been on the Board since the company's Initial Public Offering, will also be redesignated as an Executive Director. The group said as someone deeply familiar with CTOS Digital and its strategic direction, Loh's appointment ensures a smooth transition with no disruption to business operations. The management team remains fully aligned and committed to executing the Group's key priorities.

自公司首次公開募股以來一直擔任董事會成員的羅也將被重新指定爲執行董事。該集團表示，作爲對CTOS Digital及其戰略方向非常熟悉的人，盧的任命確保了在不中斷業務運營的情況下順利過渡。管理團隊保持完全一致，致力於執行集團的關鍵優先事項。
