HSI's Drop Widens to Over 200 pts; XINYI SOLAR, BYD Slump 7-8%; Yet Financials Up Broadly

恆生指數跌幅擴大至200點以上；信義太陽能、比亞迪暴跌7-8%；但金融類股普遍上漲

Hang Seng Index widened its drop after lunch, last posted 28,418, down 220 pts or 0.8%, on a volume of $122.8 billion, with the debuting ANGELALIGN (06699.HK) accounting for over $5.7 billion.

Blue chips such as XINYI SOLAR (00968.HK) and BYD COMPANY (01211.HK) are pressurized as the former slumped 7%, last posted $13.84; and the latter plummeted 8.2%, last posted $206.

Contrary to the market's trend, most of the finance stocks steadied or even advanced, as CCB (00939.HK), ICBC (01398.HK), AIA (01299.HK) and HSBC HOLDINGS (00005.HK) rose 1-1.7% respectively.

恆生指數午後擴大跌幅，尾盤報28,418點，下跌220點或0.8%，成交額為1,228億元，其中ANGELALIGN(06699.HK)首日成交額超過57億元。信義太陽能(00968.HK)和比亞迪(01211.HK)等藍籌股承壓，前者暴跌7%，最新報13.84美元；後者暴跌8.2%，最新報206美元。與大市走勢相反，金融股大多回穩甚至走高，建行(00939.HK)、工行(01398.HK)、友邦保險(01299.HK)及匯豐控股(00005.HK)分別升1%至1.7%。
