Shares of The Original Bark Co., formed from the merger between special purpose acquisition company Northern Star Acquisition Corp. and Barkbox Inc., will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange Wednesday under the symbol BARK, the combined company said Tuesday.
合併後的Bark公司週二表示，由特殊目的收購公司Northern Star Acquisition Corp.和Barkbox Inc.合併而成的原名Bark Co.的股票將於週三在紐約證券交易所(New York Stock Exchange)開始交易，交易代碼為BARK。
Northern Star Acquisition Corp. shares traded on the NYSE under the symbol STIC.

The company provides food, toys and other items for dogs through subscription services and other retail channels. It received about $427 million from the merger and related private placement.

The company said the funds "are expected to be used to expand BARK's food, home and health product lines, fuel the continued growth of its toy and treat subscription services, enhance cross-selling opportunities and reach new customers domestically and abroad."
