Castor Maritime Reports Deliveries Of M/V Magic Nebula, M/T Wonder Vegas, M/V Magic Starlight

Castor Maritime Inc. (NASDAQ:CTRM), (“Castor”, or the “Company”), a diversified global shipping company, announces that:
全球多元化航運公司Castor Marine Inc.(納斯達克市場代碼：CTRM)(以下簡稱“Castor”或“公司”)宣佈：
- On May 20, 2021, Castor took delivery of the M/V Magic Nebula, the 2010 Korean-built Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier, it had agreed to acquire as previously announced on March 10, 2021;
- On May 21, 2021, Castor took delivery of the M/T Wonder Vega, the 2005 Korean-built Aframax tanker, it had agreed to acquire as previously announced on April 16, 2021. The M/T Wonder Vega has been entered in an unaffiliated tanker pool specializing in the employment of Aframax tanker vessels; and
- On May 23, 2021, Castor took delivery of the M/V Magic Starlight, the 2015 Chinese-built Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier it had agreed to acquire as previously announced on April 19, 2021. The M/V Magic Starlight was delivered to the Company with a time charter contract attached with a reputable charterer, at a daily gross charter rate equal to 114% of the Baltic Panamax Index, and with an estimated remaining term of about 17 to 21 months.
- 2021年5月20日，卡斯特收到了M/V魔法星雲，2010年韓國建造的Kamsarmax幹散貨船，它已經同意按照之前宣佈的在2021年3月10日收購；
- 2021年5月21日，卡斯特收到了M/T Wonder Vega，2005年韓國製造的Aframax油輪，它已同意如之前宣佈的那樣於2021年4月16日收購。這個M/T Wonder Vega已進入專門僱用Aframax油輪的非附屬油輪池；以及
- 2021年5月23日，卡斯特收到了M/V魔幻星光，它之前在2021年4月19日宣佈同意收購2015年中國製造的Kamsarmax幹散貨船。這個M/V魔幻星光向本公司交付的定期租船合同附有一名信譽良好的承租人，每日毛租費率相當於波羅的海巴拿馬型船運價的114%，預計剩餘期限約為17至21個月。
All three acquisitions were financed in their entirety with cash on hand.
