All resolutions were voted on by poll, and Group CEO Mr. Chang provided an insightful update on the company’s financial performance and future exploration plans. No pre-submitted questions were reported, but a shareholder’s proxy inquired about a whistleblowing report cited in the 2023 Annual Report.
