Gelonghui, May 21丨Pearl River Piano (002678.SZ) announced that in order to further implement the contents of the agreement, according to the company's strategic development direction and future business layout, the company plans to sign a “joint venture agreement” with Guangzhou Ruifeng Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (“Future Performing Arts Company”) and Guangzhou Future Performing Arts Engineering Co., Ltd. (“Future Performing Arts Company”) to jointly establish a joint venture company, Guangzhou Zhujiang Ruifeng Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is 10 million yuan, of which Pearl River Piano plans to invest 48 million yuan, accounting for 48% of the registered capital; Rui Fung Culture plans to invest 48 million yuan, accounting for 48% of the registered capital; and the future performing arts company will invest 4 million yuan, accounting for 4% of the registered capital.
According to the Pearl River piano development strategy, the company will focus on the musical instrument culture industry and build three major business segments: piano, digital instruments, and music culture, extending from high-end musical instrument manufacturing business to related industries such as cultural services. The company established Guangzhou Zhujiang Ruifeng Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd. through a joint venture, which is a key part of the company's deepening strategic layout of the cultural industry. It helps the company focus on its main business, explore the cultural sector, promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure, bring new economic growth points to the company, and continuously enhance the company's overall competitiveness and sustainable development capabilities.
