Furthermore, Vander Aarde’s outlook is optimistic based on SLE’s strategic direction and financial health. The company has set ambitious long-term revenue targets and is expected to improve gross margins substantially. SLE also ended the quarter with a solid cash position and minimal debt, although it may require additional capital within the next 9 to 12 months to support its trajectory. Vander Aarde maintains his revenue estimates for 2024 and 2025, anticipating continued year-over-year growth and a move towards breakeven adjusted EBITDA by the end of 2024. These factors, along with a favorable discounted cash flow-based price target, underpin Vander Aarde’s Buy rating for SLE’s stock.
