Diversified Energy Company plc (GB:DEC) has released an update.
Diversified Energy Company PLC has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 3,750 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 1,124 pence per share, as part of its share buyback program initiated in June 2023. The repurchase was executed by Peel Hunt LLP on the London Stock Exchange. Post-cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 47,504,679, with no shares held in treasury.
