Eric K. Ferren has been appointed as the new Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer of a company, effective May 20, 2024, succeeding John C. Pintozzi. Ferren, with significant experience including a previous tenure at the same company and a role as CFO at Allstate Insurance, will earn a base salary of $445,000 along with potential cash and equity incentives. His remuneration package includes a sign-on equity award to compensate for his previous departure from the company.
