Syndax Pharmaceuticals has announced the appointment of Aleksandra Rizo, M.D., Ph.D., to its Board of Directors and Science and Technology Committee, filling the vacancy left by Dr. Briggs W. Morrison’s resignation. Dr. Rizo will be compensated for her services and has been granted an option to purchase company stock, with vesting terms over three years. At the company’s annual meeting, all proposed resolutions passed, including the election of directors and approval of executive compensation, with detailed voting results provided for each proposal.
