Gelonghui, May 14 | China Everbright Bank (06818.HK) announced that it will issue RMB 1.5 billion 3.00% notes due in 2026 (note code: 84512) and US$550 million floating rate notes due in 2027 (note code: 4582) under the US$5 billion medium-term note plan.
The issuer, China Everbright Bank Limited, Hong Kong Branch has applied to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for approval to issue in the form of debt only to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules). Approval to list and trade these notes is expected to take effect on May 16, 2024.
