Ryanair (RYAAY) has released an update.
Ryanair Holdings PLC has reported a change in major holdings, with BNP Paribas SA acquiring and disposing of voting rights and financial instruments, resulting in a decrease below the 7% threshold of total voting rights. The notification indicated a direct voting rights ownership of 5.28% and indirect ownership through financial instruments of 1.45%, totaling 6.73% as of May 7, 2024. BNP Paribas’ subsidiaries, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, BP2S, and CARDIF, are also implicated in the ownership structure.
