The board of directors has proposed the election and appointment of Guo Yuantao as an independent non-executive director. The relevant ordinary resolution will be submitted at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for shareholders' consideration and approval. If the proposed appointment is approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Guo Yuantao will become a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee after his appointment as an independent non-executive director takes effect.
