Rio Tinto Limited reported that key management personnel have been granted Performance Share Awards under the Equity Incentive Plan 2018, contingent upon meeting specific performance conditions over a three-year period with an additional two-year holding period. The performance will be assessed based on Total Shareholder Return and a decarbonisation metric. The awards were distributed among various executives with the number of shares awarded detailed for each individual.
