Lantronix, Inc. has announced salary increases for two top executives, with the CFO’s base salary rising to $351,000 and the VP of Engineering’s to $292,423, starting July 1, 2024. Alongside this, the company has secured a new Change in Control Agreement with the CFO, ensuring he receives severance benefits including a year’s salary and bonus, and health coverage for himself and his dependents for 12 months post-termination, under certain conditions following a change in company control.
