Ryanair (RYAAY) has released an update.
Ryanair Holdings PLC has been notified by HSBC Holdings plc of a major holding, where HSBC has crossed the 9% threshold of voting rights. As of May 7, 2024, HSBC directly and indirectly controls a combined total voting rights percentage of 9.158% in Ryanair. This change reflects HSBC’s strategic adjustments in its investment in the airline company.
