Zhitong Finance App News, VISION DEAL-Z (07827) announced that Rong Shengwen has resigned as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Company Audit Committee, effective May 10, 2024, to spend more time on its new business arrangements and commitments.
Following his resignation, the composition of the Board Committee has changed as follows since May 10, 2024: (1) Michael Ward has been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee to replace Mr. Rong; (2) Yu Zhe, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee; and (3) Chen Weiru remains a member of the Audit Committee.
