Metgasco Ltd has announced a new securities issue, with a proposal to issue up to 300 million ordinary fully paid shares under a securities purchase plan and an additional 200 million in a separate placement or issue. These shares are set to be offered with a record date of May 9, 2024, and an offer closing date of June 7, 2024. Furthermore, they plan to issue 2 million options, expiring 3 years from the date of issue and exercisable at $0.01.
