Gelonghui, May 9 | Qingjian International (01240.HK) announced that on May 6, 2024, the Singapore Housing Development Authority has awarded a construction engineering contract to the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary for construction projects (Part A) and contingency projects (Part B) of the Kallang Whampoa Contract 74 and public green area located in Singapore.
If all construction works described in the contract are completed, the total contract value of the contract is estimated to be approximately SGD 296 million, and the contract is expected to be completed by the end of June 2027.
