Pan American Silver Corp. reported a solid first quarter in 2024 with silver and gold production meeting expectations and lower than anticipated costs for both metals. The company advanced major projects, including infrastructure at La Colorada and plant upgrades at Jacobina, while rewarding shareholders with $58 million through dividends and share repurchases. Despite a net loss of $30.8 million due to various adjustments and expenses, Pan American Silver maintains a strong financial position with significant working capital and reaffirmed its 2024 guidance.
