Standard Chartered (GB:STAN) has released an update.
Standard Chartered PLC has executed a share buy-back on May 8, 2024, purchasing 1,066,000 of its ordinary shares at a price range between 749.20 and 760.60 pence per share, with the intention to cancel them. This move, part of a previously announced program, will reduce the number of outstanding shares and subsequently the total voting rights. The company has allocated over $665 million to share purchases under the 2024 Buy-back program.
