Xindong (02400) announced that on May 7, 2024, the company has adopted the 2024 Restricted Share Unit Plan to (among others) recognize the contributions made by participants by providing them with the opportunity to obtain ownership rights in the company, and encourage and retain such people to promote the continued operation and development of the Group. The 2024 Restricted Share Unit Plan will only fund existing shares that the trustee will buy in the market.
The maximum number of rewards that can be awarded under the 2024 Restricted Share Unit Plan shall not exceed 3% of the number of shares issued on the date of adoption (i.e. approximately 144.17,500 shares). The above plan limits may be updated by the Board from time to time, and any awards granted prior to the limit update will not be taken into account when determining the updated plan limit.
