Metcash Limited (AU:MTS) has released an update.
Metcash Limited has announced a change in Director Douglas Jones’ interests, with the allocation and transfer of 193,455 Ordinary Shares upon the vesting of the same number of Performance Rights. Following the change, Jones now holds a total of 398,700 Ordinary Shares, both directly and indirectly through a superannuation fund trust. This move is part of the Metcash Senior Executive Performance Rights Plan, linked to the executive’s short-term incentive award for fiscal year 2023.
