Gelonghui, May 6 | Rongxin China (03301.HK) announced that for the month ending April 2024, (i) the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 540 million; (ii) the Group's contract construction area was approximately RMB 50,958 square meters; and (iii) the Group's average contract price was approximately RMB 10,633 per square meter.
For the four months ended April 30, 2024, (i) the Group's total contract sales were approximately RMB 2.27 billion; (ii) the Group's total contract construction area was approximately RMB 200,225 square meters; and (iii) the Group's average contract sales price was approximately RMB 11,359 per square meter.
