Clearmind Medicine Inc., a clinical-stage biotech company, has announced its intention to cease being a reporting issuer in key Canadian provinces, which will end its obligation to file financial statements and other disclosures in Canada. However, the company will maintain its financial reporting in the United States and Germany, allowing Canadian shareholders to access all necessary documents through its website and in accordance with international regulations. The move follows the company’s voluntary delisting from the Canadian Securities Exchange as of March 14, 2024.
