Kerry Group plc (GB:KYGA) has released an update.
Kerry Group PLC successfully completed its €300 million share buyback program, last purchasing 12,494 Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange from Goldman Sachs International, which are set to be canceled. This final transaction marks the end of the buyback initiative that started on 1 November 2023. The cancellation of these shares will leave Kerry with 173,478,581 Ordinary Shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
