(“Zhangyun Yidong”) and Shenzhen Xinchen Runke Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xinchen Runke”). According to the letter of intent to cooperate, the company established a strategic cooperative relationship with Zhangyun Yidong and Xinchen Runke based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, resource sharing and complementary advantages.
The main business of Zhangyunyidong is a newly built B2C one-stop shopping website, which solves the pain points of various operating centers across the country in developing market scale and quickly establishes strong sales channels. Xinchen Runke's main business is to gather a decentralized management system for the global supply chain of high-quality goods, using a scientific cloud warehouse layout to provide convenient and fast service for national operation centers, enhance the sense of product experience, and increase the competitive advantage of enterprises.
