Zhitong Finance App News, BOC International (03329) announced on March 8, 2024, that since Jinxin Futures Securities (acting as an agent acting on behalf of and in the interests of its customers) subscribed note A of RMB 6.8 million under purchase agreement A, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary BIPSL signed supplementary pricing document A. Based on this, BIPSL agreed to provide Jinxin Futures Securities (as an agent acting on behalf of and in the interests of its customers) with a total annual interest rate of RMB 27.2 million 12 months .
On April 29, 2024, in view of Jinxin Futures Securities (acting as an agent acting on behalf of and in the interests of its customers), BIPSL signed Supplementary Pricing Document B under Purchase Agreement B with a subscription capital of RMB 6.8 million. Based on this, BIPSL agreed to provide leveraged financing B totaling RMB 27.2 million to Jinxin Futures Securities (as an agent acting on behalf of and in the interests of its customers), at an annual interest rate of 7.4% for a period of 12 months.
