On March 25, 2024, the company disclosed the “Sichuan Jinshi Technology Co., Ltd.'s indicative notice on planning major asset restructuring” to purchase a controlling interest in Qingdao Zhancheng Technology Co., Ltd. (“Qingdao Zhancheng” for short) through cash payment. Now, after careful research and friendly negotiations with relevant counterparties, the company decided to stop planning this major asset restructuring. Since the start of this restructuring, the company and all parties concerned have actively promoted all aspects of this transaction.
