The resignation will take effect after shareholders approve the appointment of a new non-executive director at the annual general meeting of shareholders.
The board of directors announced that it will submit an ordinary resolution to appoint Mr. Wen Zhe as a non-executive director at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Subject to shareholders' approval at the annual general meeting, Mr. Wen will be appointed as a non-executive director. The term of office will begin on the date the shareholders approve his appointment and end on the date the 8th board of directors expires.
