According to Zhitong Finance App, Haosen Fintech (03848) announced that on March 25, 2024, the company signed a subscription agreement with Lo Wai-ho (as a guarantor) and investors (as subscribers) for the issuance and sale of bonds (HK$20 million 8% bonds due in 2026).
On March 28, 2024, the completion of the subscription agreement was implemented, and the company received the full subscription payment for the bonds issued.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the bonds to expand the Group's existing business and use it as general working capital.
