Gelonghui, March 26, 丨 Yingyuzhou (03700.HK) announced that for the year ended December 31, 2023, the Group's revenue was about RMB 6.84 billion, an increase of 8.3% over 2022, mainly due to the Group's continuous commitment to the development strategy of the product matrix and actively developing and innovating while consolidating its core business. The annual innovation business contributed new growth impetus to the Group and led to an increase in revenue scale. The Group recorded annual profit of approximately RMB 400 million during the reporting period and a loss of approximately RMB 169 million in 2022. The Board of Directors has decided to recommend the payment of the Company's final dividend of HK$0.0412 per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, for a total of approximately HK$79.9 million (2022: none).
In 2023, the Group continued to make efforts in the field of “interactive entertainment”. Its live streaming social networking business maintained healthy development and continued to generate steady cash flow for the Group; the rapid rise of innovative businesses such as skits opened up new growth space for the Group, strongly verifying the company's ability and confidence to always move forward on the path of innovation; overseas products have also made positive progress in market coverage and localization through continuous refinement and accumulation.
