Epicon Bhd's subsidiary, Transnational Builder Sdn Bhd, has clinched a RM89.1 million contract from Syarikat Majuperak Bhd for construction of 601 single-storey terrace houses and four electrical substations in Rumah Perakku development, Sungai Terap, Kinta, Perak.

The contract, set to start on March 27, 2024, and conclude in 30 months by Sept 26, 2026, boosts Epicon's total order book to RM929 million.

Epicon anticipates positive earnings impact from the contract starting from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024, onwards.
