No Signboard Holdings Ltd. (SG:9I7) has released an update.
No Signboard Holdings Ltd. has reached a settlement agreement with GuGong, Mr. Sam Lim, and Mattar Road No Signboard Seafood Restaurant, effectively ending a series of disputes and claims between the parties. As part of the agreement, all parties have agreed to drop their respective claims and the company will transfer the ‘No Signboard’ trademarks to GuGong for S$10,000. The settlement also stipulates the termination of all existing agreements between the contested parties.
