1. Shares

1.股份

Meaning: the total number of shares issued by the stock company.

含義：股份公司發行的股票總數。

2. Shares Float

2.股票流通

Meaning: the shares of a listed company that circulate in the market.

意思：上市公司在市場上流通的股票。

Note: For ADS-listed stocks, the outstanding shares are calculated and no official information is available.

注：美國存托股份上市股票為流通股計算，無官方信息。

3.Market Cap

3.市值

Formula: Market Cap = total shares × latest price

公式：市值=總股份×最新價格

Meaning: the total stock value of a listed company's total shares calculated at market prices

意為：上市公司按市價計算的總股票價值。

4. Float Cap

4.浮蓋

Formula: Float Cap= shares float × latest price

公式：流通股上限=流通股×最新價格

Meaning: the stock value of a listed company's shares circulating in the market calculated at market prices

意思：按市價計算的上市公司股票在市場上流通的價值。
