The details of the approval are as follows:
1. Agree to the registration application for the company to publicly issue sub-corporate bonds with a total face value of not more than 20 billion yuan to professional investors. 2. The issuance of sub-corporate bonds this time shall be carried out in strict accordance with the prospectus submitted to the Shanghai Stock Exchange. 3.
