Smith Douglas Homes Corp. rewarded its executive team with annual cash incentive bonuses for their performance in the 2023 fiscal year. Bonuses were issued based on the achievement of EBITDA and net income targets, along with individual performance metrics. Mr. Devendorf received $510,781, Mr. Steele $160,000, while Mr. Bennett was not part of the incentive program. These bonuses, not included in the initial compensation report, have now been updated to reflect the executives’ total earnings for the year, providing a clearer picture of the company’s remuneration practices.
